I was asked to preach a Day of Recollection for the Faculty and Staff of St. Mary-St. Joseph School of Willimantic, CT, at the picturesque St. Edmund’s Retreat Center on Enders Island in Mystic Connecticut. There were two conferences, a homily, and a brief reflection at the beginning of Eucharistic adoration. All four centered on the larger theme of Catholic Schools in the Missionary Transformation of the Church being ignited by Pope Francis. All four talks are below.
