This is a questionnaire I give to couples prior to marriage preparation, to help me to get to know them so that I might meet them where they\u2019re at in the understanding and practice of the faith and lead them to where the Church hopes they\u2019ll be on their wedding day. Most couples take it very seriously and it helps them to grasp\u00a0that marriage preparation isn\u2019t a hoop to jump through. It also allows me to identify any issues that could invalidate a marriage so that they can be addressed and gives me a lot of material with which I can personalize\u00a0their wedding homily. Please feel free to use it any way you would find helpful.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
